Every RCA client now has the ability to have their own unique system that will allow you the access to the information you need when you need it.

o   Details Report – containing an overview of the account. (asset description, class, VIN, insurance, detailed lease data and 5-year payment forecast)

o   Payment Report- focuses on the payment receipt date, amount, taxes, and check #.

o   Comments – contain emails/ information regarding location changes, renewals, extensions and special requests.

o   Status Report – (special assets report) is utilized for Progress Payments Assets and will provide Terms, progress notes payment dates, amounts, check# vendor and contact. This report can house multiple payments and vendors as needed in the contract.
